But if you frequently find yourself going to mapquest.com to get driving directions, it might be nice to have this toolbar installed. The application will install itself onto Internet Explorer. It will run automatically the first time you open the web browser. The main function of this toolbar is, of course, to get quick access to the mapquest website. However, the application has some other uses, too. The most obvious advantage besides the map features is a built-in search function. Other than that, the toolbar is mostly about mapquest's services, which are great, by the way. With only a single click, you can access features like directions, maps, and traffic. The traffic report is great for when you are traveling and want to avoid those traffic jams. It is a free feature that can save you a lot of time, stress, and tears. Although this is not the most complete toolbar, it should prove terribly useful.
